Top Ten Tuesday

That Artsy Reader Girl for this week’s Top Ten Tuesday has asked us to choose the book we were reading on August 11 over the past ten years. I’m going to change it a bit to a book I read during the month of August over the past ten years. I can’t find a book I read in August for 2017 (though I know I was reading) but otherwise here is my list:

2016 How The West Was Won by Louis L’Amour
2018 A Morbid Taste For Bones by Ellis Peters
2019 A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith
2020 To the Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf
2021 Middlemarch by George Elliot
2022 Mystical Paths by Susan Howatch
2023 H Is For Hawk by Helen Macdonald
2024 Thicker Than Water by Maggie Shayne
2025 The Stranger Diaries by Elly Griffiths
2026 London Falling by Patrick Radden Keefe

I want to reread Middlemarch because they say you get even more out of it the second time around. I also want to continue with the next book in Maggie Shayne’s series: Colder Than Ice. And I loved The Stranger Diaries so I must continue with that series as well.
